What is premium forum support?
Premium forum support is exclusively available to plentymarkets key account customers. It is a separate category in the plentyForum which is directly supervised by our setup technicians. They will answer your questions at a moment’s notice. Moreover, it is possible to post screenshots and upload data compliant with GDPR in order to ensure very fast communication.
What is plentyBI?
With plentyBI, we offer a user-friendly business intelligence tool which nevertheless includes various filter criteria, dimensions and key figures. In addition, you can create numerous dashboards for specific users of your plentymarkets system. With this, you have an overview of all relevant business data thanks to well-arranged key figures and can make goal-oriented and strategic business decisions.
